The Director General of SELEC, Dr. Oğuz Serkant Akın, received the courtesy visit of H. E Ms. Tamar Beruchashvili, the Ambassador of Georgia in Bucharest.
Mr. Akin presented the Center’s activities and current trends of organized crime in Southeast Europe.
The Parties exchanged views on the possible positive outcomes of increased participation of Georgia, which has been a SECI/SELEC partner for 22 years, in future SELEC activities and in which areas law enforcement cooperation with the countries of SEE region could be enhanced.
