SEEPAG is a non-centralized dynamic structure, with horizontal character, having a practical and simple organizational structure: the Chairmanship, the Members and the Secretariat.
The Chairmanship rotates in alphabetical order of the member states and it’s for a term of one (1) year.
The SEEPAG Members are experienced prosecutors working in the international legal assistance in criminal matters field, appointed by the Supreme Prosecution Offices of the Member States, with the exception of Republic of Türkiye that, due to the particularity of it’s legal system, has appointed a judge.
SEEPAG’s Secretariat is provided by SELEC and it’s based in Bucharest, at SELEC’s Headquarters. The e-mail of the Secretariat is: seepag@selec.org
