The headquarters of SELEC at the 10th floor within the Palace of Parliament of Romania was offered by the Government of Romania through the Headquarters agreement concluded in 2000. SELEC continued to function in these premises, a new Headquarters Agreement between SELEC and the Government of Romania being signed on 22 July 2015. The Headquarters Agreement was ratified by Romania with the Law no. 190/2016.
The national Service of Protection and Guard ensures the security of the headquarters, which has a dedicated entrance.
At its headquarters SELEC also has a fully- equipped Training Center with a capacity of 70 seats and an Operational Center Unit, with cutting-edge technology, supporting SELEC law enforcement authorities in their work.
