The Director General of SELEC, Dr. Oğuz Serkant Akın, received on 9th of November 2022, at the SELEC Headquarters, the courtesy visit of an Italian delegation composed by Mr. Giuseppe Bua, Colonel of the Guardia di Finanza accredited to Bulgaria, Romania and Türkiye, accompanied by Mr. Paulo Cestra, Police Attaché and Mr. Ruggero Gianfelici, Liaison Officer.
The parties exchanged information about the main tasks and activities of both institutions, and views about the main areas where the cooperation could be further enhanced.
Italian Republic is a long-term, active partner of the Center, having the status of Operational Partner that has assigned Liaison Officers to SELEC.
