Year 2024 marks 25 years since the Center was established, initially as SECI Center, with a purpose to fight against serious and organized trans-border crime in the Southeast European region.
With this occasion we launched a contest among our law enforcement colleagues for the creation of the 25th anniversary logo.
We take this opportunity to thank everyone for their proposals, and congratulate the winner of the contest, Mr. Nikola Dimitrov Tabakov, Tactical Inspector in the Special Tactical Operations sector, Zonal Gendarmerie Department of Burgas, Bulgaria.
The logo shall be used and found on SELEC documents and materials throughout this year.
