Mrs Tanja Levajkovikj, Director for Legal and Internal Affairs of SELEC, participated at First General Assembly of the South East European Police Chiefs Association (SEPCA) under the Albanian Presidency, held on 25 June in Berat, Albania.
During the Inauguration Session, Ms. Levajkovikj emphasized the importance of continued cooperation between SEPCA and SELEC in addressing cross-border crime, with a particular focus on illegal migration, cybercrime, and other forms of organized crime.
She stated: “Recognizing that the fight against transnational crime requires continuous cooperation at all levels, SELEC remains deeply committed to its mission. In today’s world, where organized crime increasingly transcends national borders, effective law enforcement collaboration is more essential than ever.”
