Meeting with the Head of the Romanian National Agency Against Trafficking in Persons

   


SELEC Management received on the 16th of June 2023, at the SELEC Headquarters, a delegation from the Romanian National Agency Against Trafficking in Persons (ANITP) headed by Chief Commissioner Ms. Stepanescu Cristina Maria.

The parties discussed about the possibilities of developing joint activities and projects of mutual interest, of joining efforts in order to tackle the trafficking in persons in Southeast Europe, considering also the security context in the region.

Romania is a founding member of SELEC, coordinating the Task Force on Countering Trafficking in Human Beings and Illegal Migration.
