In a significant step towards enhanced regional security and operational efficiency, during his official visit in Republic of Serbia, Director General Dr. Oguz Serkant Akin, visited on 23rd April 2025, the Serbian Customs Administration, being welcomed by its Director General, Mr. Dragiša Petrović.
The visit, marked by productive dialogue and mutual commitment, focused on strengthening border control, streamlining customs procedures, and improving the exchange of information and best practices.
Both leaders underscored the importance of joining synergies in addressing transnational challenges.
Securing and strengthening borders, building a more efficient customs environment and enhancing collaboration between the law enforcement authorities were the main conclusions of this fruitful meeting.
