Bucharest, April 12, 2016 – The Director General of SELEC, Mr. Gürbüz Bahadir, welcomed at the SELEC Headquarters a delegation of officers headed by the Commander of the Turkish Coast Guard, Mr. Hakan Üstem. The group was accompanied by representatives of the Romanian General Inspectorate of Border Police, by Mr. Murat Caliskan, Turkish Liaison Officer at SELEC and Mr. Robert Patrancus, SELEC Criminal Analyst.
Mr. Bahadir presented the activities carried out by the Center for fighting with trans-border organized crime in the Southeast European region, mentioning the results from last year with respect to the number of exchanges of information, joint investigations and regional operations conducted by SELEC Member States with the support and under the coordination of SELEC.
