Study Visit

Bucharest, March 12th, 2013 – SELEC hosted today a group of 40 Romanian participants attending the Schengen Courses organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Romania.

The Director General of SELEC, Mr. Gürbüz Bahadir, welcomed the participants and highlighted the perspectives and goals of new SELEC, which aims to play a dynamic role in the international law enforcement environment.

Mr. Corneliu Dragne, SELEC Criminal Analyst, delivered a detailed presentation of the Center, referring to its evolution and explaining what are the mechanisms and good international cooperation practices within the SELEC framework for preventing and combating trans-border criminality.
