Seminar on Mutual Legal Assistance in South East Europe

Bucharest, June 20, 2013 – The Seminar on Mutual Legal Assistance in South East Europe: Cases, Instruments, Practical Tools was organized by the Academy of European Law in cooperation with the General Prosecutor’s Office of Romania, being attended by prosecutors from Hungary, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Republic of Serbia and Ukraine.

The seminar aimed to contribute to better cross-border cooperation in criminal matters in the area of Southeast European region.

SELEC was represented at the seminar by Ms. Snejana Maleeva, Director for Legal and Internal Affairs, who briefed the participants on SELEC’s mission, activities, perspectives and goals, emphasizing the Center’s crucial role in the international law enforcement environment.
