BUCHAREST, April 13th – The Director of SECI Center, Gürbüz Bahadır, presented the achievements of SECI Center and the future SELEC to the participants of the BSEC “Meeting on the Working Group on Cooperation in Combating Crime, in Particular in its Organized Forms, with the Participation of the Liaison Officers on Combating Crime” who visited SECI Center.
