Jovan PESHEVSKI

Director for Legal and Internal Affairs

Mr. Peshevski was born in Skopje, Republic North of Macedonia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Law – Administrative Law, and he is a Lawyer with Bar exam certificate.

During his professional career of more than seventeen years, Mr. Peshevski has been working within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republic of North Macedonia, in several positions in different organizational units within the ministry in the field of finances, citizenship, asylum, international cooperation and international relations, public relations and protocol, foreigners and readmission, in a positions as an officer, advisor, independent inspector, chief advisor and the last as a Head of Unit for Foreigners and Readmission in  the Department for Border Affairs and Migration at the Bureau for Public Security within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republic of North Macedonia.

On the 15 of May 2025, was elected as Director for Legal and Internal Affairs of SELEC for a three-years mandate.
