BUCHAREST, October 4th – The Ambassador of Switzerland, H.E. Mr. Jean-Hubert Lebet, paid a visit to the SECI Center on Friday, 30th of September at the beginning of his mandate in Romania. The SECI Center Director, Gürbüz Bahadır, briefed him on the activities of the Center as well as on the upcoming transformation into SELEC – Southeast European Law Enforcement Center.
