Description:Bucharest, February 11th, 2013 – SELEC Management welcomed today the new Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), Mr. Goran Svilanovic. The visit took place in the context of the incoming Romanian Chairmanship-in-Office at the South East Europe Cooperation Process (SEECP), as well as in order to strengthen the dialogue between RCC and SELEC, having in mind the importance of SELEC in combating and preventing trans-border criminality in the region.
