BUCHAREST, September 13th – High officials, representatives of the SECI Center member countries in the Joint Cooperation Committee reunited today in the last session of the JCC. Starting October 7th SECI Center becomes SELEC and the decisions regarding the new center will be taken by the Council, whose representatives will be appointed by each member country. The meeting today was chaired by Dimitar Georgiev, Deputy Minister within the Ministry of Interior of Bulgaria, with the support of Tanja Zec, Senior Adviser within the Serbian Customs Administration, as vice chairperson and SECI Center management: Gürbüz Bahadır, Director, Petros Petroff, Deputy Director and Head of Operational Support Department and Snejana Maleeva, Head of Legal/Internal Department.
