BUCHAREST, June 3rd – High-officials, representatives of the member countries reunited in Pravets, Bulgaria for the 36th Joint Cooperation Committee (JCC) Meeting. The JCC approved the Annual Activity Report presented by the management of SECI Center and discussed together the necessary steps to be taken in the view of SELEC. The Center will become SELEC once two thirds of the Member States, 9 out of 13, have deposited their instruments of ratification, acceptance and approval.
