BUCHAREST, April 15th – The SECI Center management welcomed on Friday theHead of European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine, Udo Burkholder, who was accompanied by Snejana Nenova, Executive Assistant. The discussions were focused on the future relationship between the two organizations, taking into consideration the transformation of the SECI Center into SELEC and the status of observer to SECI Center that EUBAM now holds.
